We advised Etsy on the offering

Davis Polk advised Etsy, Inc. on its Rule 144A offering of $700 million aggregate principal amount of its 1.00% convertible senior notes due 2030, which included $50 million aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes issued pursuant to the exercise in full of the initial purchasers’ option to purchase additional notes.

Headquartered in Brooklyn, New York, Etsy operates two-sided online marketplaces that connect millions of passionate and creative buyers and sellers around the world.
