Estée Lauder $1.01 billion follow-on offering

Davis Polk advised the underwriter in connection with the $1.01 billion SEC-registered follow-on offering of 11,301,323 shares of Class A common stock of the Estée Lauder Companies Inc. sold by certain selling stockholders. The Class A common stock is listed on NYSE under the symbol “EL.”
