We advised the underwriters on the IPO

Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with the initial public offering of 27,906,977 shares of Class A common stock of ERock, Inc. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,186,046 shares of Class A common stock from ERock. The Class A common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “EROC.”
