EQT $500 million debut notes offering
The investment-grade notes are due 2035
Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers and representatives of the several initial purchasers in connection with the Rule 144A / Regulation S offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount 5.850% notes due 2035 by EQT AB (publ).
