We advised Epiworld International on its IPO and HKEX listing

Davis Polk advised Epiworld International Co., Ltd. on its initial public offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and its international offering in reliance on Regulation S. The gross proceeds of the offering were approximately HK$1.6 billion.

Epiworld International Co., Ltd. is a global leader in the silicon carbide (SiC) epitaxy industry, primarily engaged in the research and development, mass production and sales of SiC epitaxial wafers, components used in the manufacturing of SiC semiconductor devices.

The Davis Polk corporate team included partners Jason Xu, Li He and Ran Li, associates Haiyang Zhao, Calvin Lam, Ching Suen and registered foreign lawyer Kailai (Claire) Xiong. Members of the Davis Polk team are based in the Hong Kong and Beijing offices.
