We advised Eos Energy Enterprises on the offering

Davis Polk advised Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. in connection with an SEC-registered direct offering of 13,683,634 shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase 6,004,378 shares of its common stock. Eos’ common stock is listed on the NASDAQ under the symbol “EOSE.”

Eos is an American energy company and the leading innovator in designing, sourcing, manufacturing and providing zinc-based battery energy storage systems, sourced and manufactured in the United States.
