Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers and representatives of the several underwriters on the $290 million initial public offering by Elastic N.V. The IPO consisted of a primary offering of 8,050,000 ordinary shares, including 1,050,000 ordinary shares sold pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. The ordinary shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “ESTC.”
