The fixed-rate senior debt funding notes are due 2027  

Davis Polk advised the active book runners and senior co-managers in connection with Deutsche Bank AG’s SEC-registered offering of $400 million aggregate principal amount of fixed-rate senior debt funding notes due 2027. The notes will bear interest at a rate of 5.371% per year.
