We are advising Delinea on the acquisition

Davis Polk is advising Delinea Inc. on its acquisition of Fastpath Solutions, LLC. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions including regulatory review.

Founded in 2004 and based in San Francisco, California, Delinea designs and develops privileged access management software designed to secure enterprises against cyber threats. The Delinea platform provides identity authorization capabilities that help control access to an organization’s most critical hybrid cloud infrastructure and sensitive data, reducing risk, ensuring compliance and simplifying security.

Founded in 2004 and based in Des Moines, Iowa, Fastpath is a cloud-based access orchestration platform. Fastpath provides organizations with a way to manage and automate their security, compliance and risk management initiatives.
