Davis Polk advised Toyota Motor Credit Corporation in connection with an SEC-registered offering of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 2.200% medium-term notes, Series B due 2020, $400 million aggregate principal amount of floating-rate medium-term notes, Series B due 2020, $600 million aggregate principal amount of 2.700% medium-term notes, Series B due 2023, $250 million aggregate principal amount of floating-rate medium-term notes, Series B due 2023 and $500 million aggregate principal amount of 3.050% medium-term notes, Series B due 2028.
