We advised the underwriters on the SEC-registered offering

Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with the SEC-registered offering of 4,356,059 shares of common stock of Cryoport, Inc. (which included 568,181 shares pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares), for total gross proceeds of approximately $287.5 million. Cryoport’s common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “CYRX.”

Cryoport is a global leader in temperature-controlled supply chain solutions for the life sciences industry.
