We advised Committed Advisors on the GP-led transaction and continuation fund investment

Davis Polk advised Committed Advisors SAS as the lead investor in a single-asset GP-led secondary transaction with Monogram Capital Partners. Committed Advisors invested in a continuation fund managed by Monogram for the purpose of acquiring interests in Western Smokehouse Partners.

Founded in 2010, Committed Advisors is an independent private equity investment manager with $7 billion of assets under management.
