Davis Polk is advising Charles Taylor on the sale of its InsureTech business to Vencora, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.

Charles Taylor is a leading provider of claims solutions and enterprise technology services to the global insurance market. Charles Taylor is present in six continents, with approximately 4,000 experts based around the globe.

CT InsureTech specialises in providing software systems and services, including SaaS-based dedicated technology, to large and complex insurers and brokers worldwide.

Vencora is an independent portfolio within Constellation Software and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada. Vencora owns 21 companies operating across 60 geographies and acts as a global buy-and-hold-forever acquirer of banking, financial services and insurance technology companies.
