Bombardier $250 million senior notes offering
The investment-grade senior notes are due 2033
Davis Polk advised the representatives of the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A / Regulation S offering by Bombardier Inc. of $250 million aggregate principal amount of 6.750% senior notes due 2033. The notes are a reopening of the $500 million aggregate principal amount of 6.750% senior notes due 2033 previously issued by Bombardier.
