We advised the borrower on the refinancing and amendment

Davis Polk advised The Baldwin Insurance Group Holdings, LLC as borrower in connection with a $931 million repricing of its existing term loan facility and a $75 million incremental term loan facility. The Baldwin Group will use the proceeds from the incremental term loan facility for general corporate purposes.
