Davis Polk advised the administrative agent, bookrunners and lead arrangers in connection with a $550 million senior secured term facility and a $75 million senior secured revolving credit facility in connection with Bain Capital Private Equity’s acquisition of Fogo de Chao, a transaction valued at $1.1 billion.

Fogo de Chao, founded in Southern Brazil in 1979, is an international Brazilian steakhouse chain known for its churrasco-style meats that are carved tableside by chefs. The company has 76 locations worldwide.
