We advised the joint book-running managers on the debt offering

Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers in connection with the SEC-registered offering by Autodesk, Inc. of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.050% notes due 2029 and $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.650% notes due 2033.

Customers across the architecture, engineering and construction, product design and manufacturing, and digital media and entertainment industries use Autodesk software to design, visualize, simulate and analyze their ideas.
