We advised Assurant on its investment-grade offering of senior notes

Davis Polk advised Assurant, Inc. on an SEC-registered offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 5.550% senior notes due 2036. Barclays Capital Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC were the joint book-running managers for the offering of the senior notes.
