The investment-grade notes are due 2029 and 2052

Davis Polk advised the joint bookrunners on an offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 3.875% senior notes due 2029 and $750 million aggregate principal amount of 4.750% senior notes due 2052 by Anglo American Capital plc, guaranteed by Anglo American plc, under Rule 144A and Regulation S.
