The investment-grade notes offering consists of five tranches 

Davis Polk advised the representatives of the underwriters in connection with an $8.25 billion SEC-registered debt offering by Amazon.com, Inc., consisting of $1.25 billion of its 4.700% notes due 2024, $1.25 billion of its 4.600% notes due 2025, $2 billion of its 4.550% notes due 2027, $1.5 billion of its 4.650% notes due 2029 and $2.25 billion of its 4.700% notes due 2032.
