Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers on an SEC-registered debt offering by Alphabet Inc., consisting of €1.5 billion of 3.200% notes due 2030, €1.75 billion of 3.450% notes due 2032, €1.5 billion of 3.625% notes due 2034, €1.75 billion of 4.100% notes due 2039, €1.25 billion of 4.500% notes due 2045, and €1.25 billion of 4.800% notes due 2063.
