We advised 26North on the investment

Davis Polk advised 26North Partners LP in connection with its participation in a $1 billion investment platform formed by Bruin Capital. TJC (formerly known as The Jordan Company) and other undisclosed investors also participated in the platform, which is the fourth such investment platform formed by Bruin Capital. The platform will identify, build and scale leading middle-market companies powering the global sports economy.
