On May 21, 2026, Davis Polk partner and Finance practice co-head Vanessa Jackson and partner Sanders Witkow will be among the speakers at Practising Law Institute’s “Leveraged Financing 2026” program.

Vanessa will serve as co-chair of the event and deliver the opening remarks.

Sanders will speak on the “Artificial Intelligence: Ethical Considerations in Leveraged Financings” panel. Topics discussed will include the strengths and weaknesses of commercial AI products, managing representations of the same client and multiple clients in the same transaction, describe the limits of client confidentiality and more.
