On October 21, 2026, Davis Polk partner Tatiana Martins will be among the speakers at Global Investigation Review’s GIR Academy Live: Witness Interview Skills Workshop. Tatiana will speak on the “Masterclass: The art of the witness interviews” panel. Topics discussed will include the role witness interviews play across the litigation lifecycle, what good practice looks like in witness interviews and how witness interviews are used at different stages of the judicial process.

Tatiana will also speak on the “GIR Academy Live: What would you do?” panel, which will discuss scenarios that arise at different stages of the witness interview process and how to approach each situation.
