On November 10, 2025, Davis Polk partner Roshni Banker Cariello will be among the speakers at Practising Law Institute’s “Securities Offerings 2025: A Public Offering from Start to Finish” program. Roshni will speak on the “Introduction to the Law of Securities Offerings” panel. The conversation will focus on the basic legal framework for registered public securities offerings.
