On April 30, 2026, Davis Polk partner and chair of the White Collar Defense & Investigations and Foreign Investment & National Security practices Neil MacBride and partner Paul Nathanson will be among the speakers at the American Conference Institute’s “Economic Sanctions Enforcement and Compliance” conference.

Neil will speak on the “CHINA: Predicting and Preparing for the Next Wave of Tariffs, Tech Controls, and High Risk Sanctions Challenges” panel. Topics discussed will include identifying organized crime risks in China, how China and Russia will continue working together and how it will re-shape compliance and the Comprehensive Outbound Investment National Security Act (COINS Act) and its implications.

Paul will participate in the conference’s Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation keynote interview.
