On October 20, 2026, Davis Polk partner and chair of the White Collar Defense & Investigations and Foreign Investment & National Security practices Neil MacBride and partner and White Collar Defense & Investigations practice co-head Martine Beamon will be among the speakers at Global Investigation Review’s “GIR Exchange: Financial Crime” conference.

Neil will speak on the “AML enforcement: Redrawing the line” panel. Topics discussed will include enforcement priorities under a changing regulatory landscape, platform liability and third-party exposure, and recent developments shaping AML compliance and enforcement strategies.
