On April 22, 2025, Davis Polk partner and Real Estate practice co-head Michael Rishty will be among the speakers at the “NYC Condo Construction & Development” program, jointly hosted by Davis Polk and the New York Private Equity Network Real Estate Group. Michael will moderate the session. Topics discussed will include trends in the New York City condominium market, optimized pricing strategies, the impact of new condo supply and developments in zoning, entitlements and regulatory matters.
