Davis Polk partners Leor Landa and Michael Hong will be among the speakers at the 20th Annual International Conference on Private Investment Funds. The annual conference, co-presented by the Private Investment Funds Subcommittee of the IBA Investment Funds Committee and the Subcommittee on Hedge Funds of the Committee on Federal Regulation of Securities Law of the American Bar Association Section of Business Law, will bring leading professionals from around the globe to analyze the current market and future of private investment funds, the prospect of changes, and updates to regulatory and tax regimes. Landa will moderate a panel addressing managing funds out of a crisis. Hong will speak on a panel addressing minority GP stake transactions.

The program will be held on March 10-12, 2019, in London.
