On June 11 and 12, 2026, Davis Polk partner and Washington DC office head Jarrett Arp and partner Tatiana Martins will be among the speakers at the American Bar Association’s 2026 International Cartel Workshop, held in collaboration with the International Bar Association.

Jarrett will chair the program and speak on the “European Commission” panel. Topics discussed will include enforcement priorities, future trends in global cartel enforcement and experiences in bringing and defending cartel investigations over the years.

Tatiana will moderate the “Come on in! A grand jury appearance” session. The session will include a demonstration depicting a grand jury appearance in which a key witness to international price-fixing and obstruction activity cooperates with prosecutors and testifies before the grand jury. The testimony will describe details of the cartel and how it impacted the U.S. market.

Additionally, counsel Caroline Ziser Smith will serve as the workshop coordinator.
