On October 28, 2026, Davis Polk partner and Washington office head Jarrett Arp, partner and Antitrust & Competition practice co-head Howard Shelanski and partner Jessica Delbaum will be among the speakers at Economist Enterprise’s Antitrust Summit U.S. 

Jarrett will speak on the “Cartel enforcement” panel. Topics discussed will include the state of play in domestic and international cartel enforcement, algorithmic pricing collusion, leniency programs, and more.

Howard will speak on the “Competition in the AI stack, present and future” panel. The panel will explore the concentration in the AI industry, what North American antitrust agencies are focused on with regard to AI, and potential future cases against digital companies. 

Jessica will speak on the “Laboratories of democracy: The future of antitrust enforcement by state attorneys-general” roundtable. The roundtable will discuss the increase in state attorneys-general independently investigating and litigating antitrust cases and discuss potential developments in this space 2027 and beyond.
