On April 25, 2024, Davis Polk partners Nicole Brookshire, Stephen Byeff and Ning Chiu will speak at the FIF Collective’s educational series and give a presentation titled “Navigating the SEC’s new climate-related disclosure rules.” 

Nicole, Stephen and Ning will provide a comprehensive understanding of the SEC’s newly adopted rules and how they fit together with other regimes, such as California’s recently proposed disclosure rules. They will also explore the specific implications of these regulations for leaders at both private and public companies, including compliance requirements, strategic considerations, and best practices for addressing climate-related risks and opportunities.
