Davis Polk partners David Schnabel and Rachel Kleinberg will be among the speakers at The University of Chicago Law School’s Tax Conference Program. Schnabel will moderate the “GPUCs in A Post-Tax Reform World: The Proposed Taxation of (Some) Preferred Returns as Interest” panel and Kleinberg will be the lead presenter on the “Corporate Spin-Offs: International is the Harder Part” panel.
