City & State has named Davis Polk partner and Sports practice head Jon Oram to its 2026 “Who’s Who in Sports” list. Jon was recognized for his work advising on some of the largest transactions in sports history, including the sales of NBA, NFL and MLB franchises, as well as the MLS negotiations that brought Lionel Messi to Inter Miami CF.

The list recognizes executives, administrators, officials, attorneys, advocates and other key players at the intersection of athletics and politics who are shaping the future of sports in New York and beyond.

The 2026 “Who’s Who in Sports” list was announced on June 8, 2026.
