Davis Polk was honored with three awards at the 2026 Asia Legal Awards, presented by Law.com International. The awards recognize the most significant transactions, cases and legal work shaping the industry across Asia, spotlighting the firms, teams and individuals leading the way.

Partner and co-head of Asia (excluding Japan) Li He was named “IPO Lawyer of the Year.” The award recognizes a market-leading lawyer whose work has involved significant Asian regulatory elements and has set new standards in the delivery of high-level legal services and solutions.

Additionally, the firm was honored in connection with its role advising on Toyota Industries’ privatization, which was named “M&A Deal of the Year,” and NTT Finance’s concurrent $11.25 billion and €5.5 billion senior notes offerings, named “Securities Deal of the Year: Debt.”

The awards were presented on September 10, 2026, in Singapore.
