Davis Polk is shortlisted in two categories for TMT Finance’s 2025 USA Awards. The awards recognize excellence in dealmaking and investment within the digital infrastructure space.

The firm is shortlisted for “Legal Advisory Trailblazer of the Year” for advising EdgeCore Digital Infrastructure, a portfolio company of Partners Group, on a series of financings for MECP1 Mesa 1.

Additionally, Davis Polk partner and Infrastructure Finance practice co-head David Penna is a finalist for “Lawyer of the Year.” Over the past twelve months, David has advised on several digital infrastructure deals, including on a $3.4 billion project financing for the construction of three 100 MW turnkey data centers and a $1.1 billion project financing for the construction of five 100 MW powered shell data centers. 

The winners will be announced on October 8, 2025, in New York.
