Davis Polk shortlisted for TMT Finance’s 2026 USA Awards
Davis Polk is shortlisted in five categories for TMT Finance’s 2026 USA Awards, which recognize excellence in dealmaking and investment within the digital infrastructure space.
In addition to being a finalist for the firmwide Legal Advisory Trailblazer of the Year award, partner and Infrastructure Finance practice co-head David Penna is a “Lawyer of the Year” finalist and three matters on which the firm advised are “Deal of the Year” finalists.
The firm is shortlisted in the following categories:
- Legal Advisory Trailblazer of the Year
- Lawyer of the Year: David Penna
- Fiber Deal of the Year – Debt – Uniti Group’s US$960m Kinetic securitization
- Towers Deal of the Year (M&A or Debt) - TowerPoint Infrastructure Partners’ inaugural US$386m securitization
- LatAm Deal of the Year – Elea Data Centers’ acquisition by I Squared Capital
Over the past 12 months, David has advised on several digital infrastructure deals, including one of the first non-IG hyperscale data center financings in the commercial bank market and on over $25 billion of 144A hyperscale data center construction financings.
The winners will be announced on October 7, 2026, in New York.
