Davis Polk shortlisted for TMT Finance’s 2026 USA Awards
Davis Polk is shortlisted in five categories for TMT Finance’s 2026 USA Awards. The awards recognize excellence in dealmaking and investment within the digital infrastructure space.
The firm is shortlisted in the following categories:
- LatAm Deal of the Year – Elea Data Centers’ acquisition by I Squared Capital
- Legal Advisory Trailblazer of the Year
- Fiber Deal of the Year – Debt – Uniti Group’s US$960m Kinetic securitization
- Towers Deal of the Year (M&A or Debt) - TowerPoint Infrastructure Partners’ inaugural US$386m securitization
Additionally, Davis Polk partner and Infrastructure Finance practice co-head David Penna is a finalist for “Lawyer of the Year.” Over the past twelve months, David has advised on several digital infrastructure deals, including one of the first non-IG hyperscale data center financings in the commercial bank market and on over $25 billion of 144A hyperscale data center construction financings.
The winners will be announced on October 7, 2026, in New York.
