Davis Polk partner and Infrastructure Finance practice co-head Elena Millerman and partners Nicole Brookshire and Ning Chiu have been named to Crain’s New York Business’ 2026 Notable Women in Law list. The list highlights women who have made an impact both professionally and in their communities.
Elena was recognized for her work advising Kiwoom Asset Management and certain of its affiliates in connection with a comprehensive out-of-court recapitalization of Cricket Valley Energy Center. Nicole was honored for her work advising the underwriters for Sailpoint’s $1.4 billion IPO – one of the 10 largest IPOs of 2025. Her participation in influential industry events, such as the Montgomery Summit — one of the tech startup sector’s longest-running conferences — and L Suite’s Growth Summit, were also noted.
Ning was recognized for representing clients such as General Dynamics, Huntington Bank, Leidos, MSCI, Murphy Oil, SS&C, Unisys and Ventas. The publication also recognized her service on the board of the Society for Corporate Governance, where she chairs the securities law committee, as well as her role moderating panels at the SEC’s executive compensation disclosure requirements roundtable.
