Davis Polk partner and IP Litigation practice head Ashok Ramani was named to the Daily Journal’s 2026“Top IP Lawyers” list. The honorees are recognized for their ability to stay on the cutting edge of new developments in patent, copyright and trademark law, and for helping to advance technological innovation and transform the law. 

The Daily Journal highlighted his representation of technology and healthcare companies in their most consequential patent and trade secret disputes, including securing a unanimous jury verdict against Magnolia Medical’s sole competitor in the market for initial specimen diversion devices and a favorable settlement on behalf of Comcast in a patent dispute during jury trial.
