Davis Polk partner and Northern California office co-head Alan Denenberg has been named a “Dealmaker of the Year” finalist by The Recorder as part of the publication’s annual California Legal Awards.

Alan advised on several noteworthy transactions in the past year – from IPOs (Reddit) to convertible debt offerings for companies (Snowflake) to investment-grade debt offerings (Uber) and to public and private M&A matters (Altair, Assetmark and McKesson).
