We’ve considered the options that a Biden administration may have to effect its environmental and climate change policies now that the Democrats will have control of Congress for the next two years.  This deck lays them out: legislative options and challenges in light of their bare majority, ability for the Biden administration to roll-back certain of the current administration’s environmental and climate change regulations with the support of Congress and our insights on Biden’s nominees and how they may impact environmental and climate change policy.

These options supplement the Biden administration’s ability to further its policy agenda through regulation, enforcement and other executive actions discussed in our November 2020 deck available here.
