Mr. Smith is a partner in Davis Polk’s Corporate Department and a member of the firm's Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Groups. His diverse practice encompasses domestic and cross-border merger and acquisitions, joint ventures and restructuring transactions. He regularly represents private equity firms and their portfolio companies in all aspects of their businesses.
