Justin advises major U.S. and international banks, fintechs and cryptocurrency firms on a wide range of financial regulatory matters. He is experienced in advising on the full range of regulatory requirements for digital asset and cryptocurrency activities, including securities and derivatives, banking, money services and cryptocurrency specific laws such as the BitLicense.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Justin has been deeply involved in advising clients on the CARES Act and government support programs such as the Paycheck Protection Program. His practice also includes strategic bank regulatory advice, financial regulatory reform, resolution planning, the Bank Holding Company Act and bank regulatory considerations in connection with a variety of transactional matters.
