Connie I. Milonakis
Ms. Milonakis is counsel in Davis Polk’s Corporate Department, practicing in the London office. She represents clients in a broad range of capital markets and M&A transactions. Ms. Milonakis advises international corporations and financial institutions on complex cross-border IPOs and other equity and debt offerings. With extensive experience across EMEA and North America she has particular in-depth market knowledge across the Nordic region.
