Represents corporate and investment banking clients in a broad range of cross-border equity and debt capital markets transactions.

Connie represents clients in a broad range of capital markets transactions and provides ongoing advice to clients on SEC reporting and corporate governance matters.

She advises international corporations and financial institutions on complex cross-border IPOs, rights offerings, exchange offers, and other equity and debt offerings. She also advises international corporations on U.S. securities law aspects of complex cross-border M&A transactions. With extensive experience across EMEA and North America, she has particular in-depth market knowledge across the Nordic region.

Connie is recognized for capital markets work by Legal 500 UK and IFLR1000. She was named “Debt Capital Markets Lawyer of the Year” at the 2023 Euromoney Women in Business Law EMEA Awards.

Connie is a member of the Women in Law Empowerment Forum’s Global Advisory Board.
