Kara Mungovan speaks at PLI’s “Understanding the Corporate Alternative Minimum Tax (CAMT) 2026”
On April 23, 2026, Davis Polk partner Kara Mungovan will be among the speakers at Practising Law Institute’s “Understanding the Corporate Alternative Minimum Tax (CAMT) 2026” program. Kara will speak on the “Corporate Alternative Minimum Tax (CAMT) Scope and Adjusted Financial Statement Income (AFSI) Overview” panel. Topics discussed will include the differences between an entity’s applicable financial statement (ASF) and ASFI, identifying situations where a client may be subject to CAMT and advising CAMT entities planning certain non-ordinary course transactions.
