Davis Polk advised the several underwriters in connection with an SEC-registered offering by The Travelers Companies, Inc. of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 4.300% senior notes due 2045.  

Based in St. Paul, Minnesota, Travelers is a holding company principally engaged, through its subsidiaries, in providing a wide range of commercial and personal property and casualty insurance products and services to businesses, government units, associations and individuals.
