Davis Polk advised the lead managers on an SEC-registered offering by TD Bank of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of its 1.850% senior notes due 2020, under its $40 billion medium-term notes program. TD intends to use an amount equal to the net proceeds of the sale of the notes to fund the financing or refinancing of eligible green projects.

TD also ranks among the world’s leading online financial services firms, with approximately 11.5 million active online and mobile customers.
