Davis Polk advised the remarketing agents on the remarketing of $345 million aggregate principal amount of Stanley Black & Decker’s 1.622% subordinated notes due November 17, 2018, which were originally issued as junior subordinated notes included in the equity units Stanley Black & Decker issued in November 2013.
