Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers and representatives of the several underwriters in connection with a follow-on offering of 4,025,000 shares of common stock of SiTime Corporation, of which 1,525,000 shares were sold by SiTime and 2,500,000 shares were sold by the selling stockholder. The shares included the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase an additional 525,000 shares from SiTime. SiTime’s common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “SITM.”
