Davis Polk partner Roshni Banker Cariello discussed with Bloomberg the recent uptick in consumer-focused companies launching initial public offerings.  

“There’s certainly optimism based on the performance of the last week,” Roshni explained. “The resiliency of the IPO market that we’re hoping to see in 2026 suggests that there will be more activity this year.”
